one box Casbah® Rice Pilaf, prepared according to package directions
1 cup (250 mL) fresh cilantro, chopped
Sauce
½ cup MaraNatha® crunchy peanut butter with salt
¾ cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp grated ginger
salt and pepper, to taste
Lime-Garlic Peanut Sauce Nothing beats a rich and creamy peanut sauce! Simply whisk all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until simmering.
